Your jaws will surely drop when you walk in and see the ocean, beach and sunset views that are right before you. This colorful and beautifully decorated unit is full of surprises! We want you to have a beach vacation to remember! The resort is outstanding as well - offering pools, fitness, food, tropical landscaping and much more! The space Relax and unwind is this gorgeous all updated condo located at the Shores of Panama. With a resort type feeling these condos offer a large lagoon style pool, outdoor hot tub featuring waterfalls, fountains, two Tiki Bars, ice cream & coffee shop, and beautiful exotic tropical landscaping. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center with all new equipment, and a full service spa. This condo is one of the beautiful penthouses DIRECTLY on the Emerald Coastline of Panama City Beach. This unit has been updated with all brand new appliances, furnishings, and in the master a king size bed with new mattress and 55” smart tv, attached full bath, and oversized closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to get your stuff down to the beach super easy! In the kitchen you’ll find everything you need for cooking, baking, and grilling on the oversized Ninja Grill. Coffee lovers… you’ll have a Braville cappuccino machine to use during your stay! You’ll be relaxing by the waves in this condo with a 3 dimensional hand painted mural right in the living room! There is also a queen size hide a bed in the living room under the 75” smart tv. The bunk room is private with a sliding barn door, two twin beds, 55” smart TV, and attached full bath. Guest access There is a $85 one-time charge for the duration of your stay which includes everyone staying at the condo - this includes full use of all the wonderful amenities like indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and hot tub, beach access, fitness center, access to the ice cream & coffee shop, access to the tiki bars at this location. This will be a packet that will be placed in your condo at check-in, so no waiting in line for your wristbands/parking pass. These must be worn when you are using the amenities, so the security team will know you’re a guest. If you have any questions about this fee please ask for more information. Other things to note If you’re looking for the best beachfront pool and hot tub you found it. Shores of Panama also has a heated indoor pool and hot tub. The best resort and location but why our condo is so special is the care and thoughtfulness, not to mention the view. This is a true luxury beachfront penthouse condo. Nothing in your view except an occasional seagull flying by as you listen to the crashing waves! This is a quiet, tranquil unit away from pool noise or people. Inside you have amazing leather sectional and large TV. A Murphy bed that is beyond comfort with that amazing view. A dream kitchen where you can grind your own beans for coffee or enjoy a lovely meal in this heavenly paradise. A full size bottom and single bunk room with bathroom that is every kid or kid at heart, dream room. Neon sea creatures come to life, TV and an endless supply of fun and dreams. The main bedroom with a second bath is an oasis of its own with large king bed. This unit is full of love and care. Look through the pictures and see this one of a kind vacation destination! Shores of Panama is a resort and a $85 one time fee for parking pass and 6 security armbands. We have reserved parking between 2 and and 3 rd floor in attached parking garage. This makes parking a breeze! Same floor as fitness center. 2 elevators easy access but 6 elevators available. During peak season at peak times elevators can have a wait so be sure to read elevator tips but so worth the view and tranquility.
