The space Our property features six eco-modern tiny cabins in a quiet forest setting, just a short walk from Sandy Point Beach. Cabin 3 combines the charm of nature with modern conveniences for a stress-free Maine getaway. Inside the Cabin • Queen bed with fresh linens • Air conditioning & heating • Private bathroom with shower • Mini-fridge & Keurig coffee/tea maker • TV & Wi-Fi for entertainment and convenience Outside the Cabin • Adirondack chairs in a private outdoor seating area • Shared firepit and wood-fired cedar sauna • Quick access to hiking trails, restaurants, and Maine’s coastal towns This cabin is designed for comfort and convenience, making it a great choice for couples or solo travelers who want an easy, relaxing retreat in the heart of Midcoast Maine. Guest access Guests have private access to Cabin 3 and its outdoor seating area with Adirondack chairs, ideal for relaxing among the cedar trees. Shared Amenities • Firepit area with two Solo Stoves — gather with others or enjoy a quiet fireside moment. • Wood-fired cedar sauna (prepared by us; $25 suggested donation). • Sandy Point Beach just 0.5 miles away, perfect for swimming, picnics, or coastal walks. Designed for comfort and convenience, Cabin 3 makes it easy to unwind on-site or explore the natural beauty of Maine. Other things to note Water Use • The property runs on a well system — please keep showers short to help conserve water. Kitchenette • No full kitchen, but each cabin includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker for convenience. Dining • Our guidebook highlights great restaurants in Midcoast and Downeast Maine. We’re always happy to share local tips. Nature Setting • Cabins are in a wooded area; insects may occasionally enter despite pest control. • Please keep doors and windows closed to help minimize this. Pet Policy • Pets welcome; one-time fee $125. • Pets must not be left unattended or on furniture. • Evidence of pets on beds, chairs, or couches will result in a minimum $250 fine. • Pets should be well-behaved to avoid disturbing other guests. This cabin is designed for comfort and convenience, so you can relax knowing everything you need is provided.
