Welcome to Maison Le Bon Vivant, typical Dordogne cottage with 3 bedrooms for 7 persons with comfortable living space with fire place, private outdoor pool, very large garden, outdoor porch and fully equipped kitchen! Up to modern standards but with a stylish decoration and comfortable for a relaxing holiday in the Dordogne. Located 5 minutes from Les Eyzies, with all convenience shops, cafes and restaurants closely nearby. The space Ground floor: living room with wood stove, large and fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped bathroom, separate toilet, bedroom with a double bed (picture shows a single bed but it is extendible to be a double bed). Doors opening to large covered terrace next to the very large garden and private pool. 1st floor: two large bedrooms, one with a double bed (sleeps 2 people), one with a twin bed and a single bed (sleeps 3 people), second separate toilet. Basement floor: utility room with laundry machine, tumble-dryer and iron Other things to note - Bed linen and towels optionally available at €20 per guest! - Bookings in July/August only from Saturday to Saturday!
