This rare, one-of-a-kind custom built cottage is nestled on just over 1/2 acre private lot backing onto forested area in the town of Willow Beach. This cozy wooden cottage is an architectural gem full of character— but it’s old, with quirks and the occasional bug. If you’re after sleek and modern luxury, this may not be for you. But if you’re craving authentic, rustic cottage vibes and adore unique wooden architecture, this is the perfect getaway. Located in Willow Beach, you’re just minutes from coffee shops, restaurants, LCBO, and beautiful spots like Filey Beach, Willow Wharf Park, and Willow Greens Golf Centre. The nearby beach is pebbled, so don’t forget your water shoes! The kitchen is stocked with basics: dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and stove. Linens, duvets, and pillows are provided, and beds will be made before your arrival. Important to know: • Please bring drinking water—the well water is safe but may have a slight sulfur smell. • Pack bug spray (especially in summer). • Bring your own towels. • No extra guests or overnight visitors allowed; violations result in penalties and eviction. • Max 3 cars allowed on the property. • This is a peaceful, private neighborhood—NO parties or loud music, and absolutely NO fireworks at the property. *Landscape company tends the backyard garden and the lawn every Thursday or Friday morning. *minimum 3-day booking requirement during long weekends/stat holidays Guest access Guests will have access to the entire cottage. *Landscape company tends the backyard garden and the lawn every Thursday or Friday morning. Other things to note Check out instructions: Check-out at 11AM Garbage: please empty out all the bins and make sure to take ALL your garbage with you. Unfortunately you will be charged additional fee if you leave your garbage at the cottage. Dishes: all dishes should be clean and put away. Fridge: please dispose of any open uneaten food. Unopened non-perishable food can be left for the next guest. Locking up: please lock all sliding doors, windows and etc and put the key back in the lock box!
