"L'Imprévu" is a single-family house.

Single-family house (75 m2) on the first floor, completely renovated in 2022, can accommodate from 2 to 6/8 people. Its courtyard and private parking will allow you to take a break in peace in the heart of Burgundy. Less than 10 min from the highway (A6) exit 24 (TOURNUS) Less than 5 minutes to all amenities (supermarket, discount store, restaurant, tobacco/newsstand...) Our historic and Romanesque city will touch you with its history and its recent facilities, both small and large. The space The accommodation has a kitchen area, living room, bathroom, separate toilet with one bedroom (140/200 bed) on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor, 140/200 beds. Other things to note The space will be left clean and tidy. In case of non-compliance, the cleaning will be charged to you (30 euros.)
