Welcome pack. External utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. 2 dogs welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times (we are in sheep country). Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. Unfortunately no WIFi is available in our area. This elegant holiday cottage overlooking countryside is within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Set on the Waskerley Way: perfect for cyclists and walkers. Nearby Derwent Reservoir is ideal for fishing, sailing and walking. Corbridge and Hadrian’s Wall, approx. 17 miles away. Beamish with its open air living museum, approx. 15 miles away.
