Det leies i utgangspunktet ut for 2 personer, men etter avtale kan det ordnes i stand inntil to svært enkle soveplasser i 2. etasje mot et lite tillegg i pris. Det kommer en del henvendelser om man kan ha med husdyr, dessverre lar dette seg ikke gjøre av hensyn til allergi. Kjøkkenet har alt du trenger for å lage et godt måltid. Der er også oppvaskmaskin, spiseplass med nydelig utsikt utover sjøen, samt en liten krok med en hvilestol. Bad med dusj. Stuen i andre etasje er innredet med full takhøyde, synlige bjelker, et langbord med plass til mange og en romslig sofakrok. Alt med nydelig utsikt ut over sjøen. Det er et tv i andre etasje, det er uten kanaler, men med cromecast. Med trådløst nett kan det streames fra apper på mobil til tv. Det er nylig installert varmepumpe i bua som gir god grunnvarme hele året og eventuelt kjøling på varme dager. Bua ligger i strandkanten med egen liten kai og strandplass. Ved inngangen til bua er det sitteplass hvor man kan nyte en kopp kaffe, eller spise frokost i deilig morgensol i le for nordavind. Man kan også ta maten ned til andre siden mot sjøen og nyte et måltid på kaien, eller ta et forfriskende bad. The building is two stories high and contains one bedroom with a double bed, which can be divided into two twin beds if necessary. The Rorbu is primarily rented out to 2 persons at a time, but on agreement two very simple beds can be prepared on the second floor for an additional charge. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a good meal. There is also a dishwasher, a small dining table with a beautiful sea view, and a lounge chair. The bathroom has a shower. The room on the second floor has exposed, open beams. It is furnished with a long dining table and a couch. Recently there has been installed a heat pump. This provide a nice temperature all year trough. The Rorbu is situated at the waterfront with its own little private quay and beach. By the entrance there is a place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast in the morning sun. To enter the rooms for rent you pass through the newly opened café/store, witch a 100 years ago was the local for the island´s first store. This area is open to the public a few times a year when the Rorbu is not rented out and is not for rent (unless there has been made an individual agreement with the owner). Guest access The entrance to the cabin goes through a now newly renovated shop/cafe, which about 100 years ago was the island's first shop. The premises are open to the public a few times throughout the year. This area is not part of the rental property, and it will not be open to the public as long as the cabin is rented. Alternatively, only when this is specifically agreed with the landlord. Other things to note Due to the increased electricity prices, electricity is not included in the price per day/week, but is invoiced based on actual consumption and price. Since the building is so old, it is best suited for renting in the warm half of the year, but if someone wants to rent a week in the winter it is perfectly possible.
