Sleep in a comfortable room with a 135x200 bed and a private bathroom in front of the room. Valencia is a 15-minute commuter train ride away, and just over 10 minutes by car, so you can combine rest and fun without any problems. ATTENTION: Our cat lives in the house, but he won't be there during your stay. We mention this in case you are allergic! The space The apartment is 90 square meters and has three bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a living room. We only rent one room with a private bathroom opposite, so your privacy is assured. During your visit to our house, you'll have tourist information so that you can organize your visits to the city of Valencia and other towns of interest, as well as the highly recommended La Albufera Natural Park. In the neighborhood you have bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, cafes and supermarkets that will make your life easier. It's a quiet area, so you won't have any trouble resting. In addition, on Thursdays and Saturdays there is a market very close by, so you can take a walk and have some churritos for breakfast on the terrace of any cafeteria. As for transportation, the C1 and C2 commuter train lines take you to Valencia, Xàtiva, Gandia, or Cullera, the most visited places by tourists arriving in the capital of Turia. If you come by car, in 15 minutes you can be in the city center, and 20 minutes from the beaches of Malvarrosa, El Saler or Cullera.
