The space The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms and a queen size futon bed, also a full bathroom, and washer and dryer,and a new AC.The upstairs has the kitchen, living room, dining room,pool table and is all open, with a new AC.On the deck there is a patio set and a combination gas and charcoal bbq grill. Guest access You will enjoy the entire house for yourself Other things to note The house has 2splits air conditioners , 1 for each floor.Also there is a kids playground at fisherman’s cove and a basketball hoop and there is a tennis court…. Bring your own rackets and balls.
