Welcome to our little horse farm house. The perfect little getaway to enjoy time away with friends and family. Pasture views in the front and picturesque mountain views in the back. Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the covered front porch and serene sunsets on the back patio while sitting around the solo stove fire pit. Enjoy a game of pool or some fun with games and arts and crafts in the family room. All T.V's equipped with Roku TV. Horse stalls available upon request. Private Horse Farm on 6 acres. Shared private road with one neighbor. Two horses live on the property. Admire, but please do not touch or feed them. One neighbor over has a family of donkeys. Rocking chair porch in the front of the home with views of the pasture. Relax on the hammock enjoying the peaceful sounds of nature. Open concept with living room, dining room, full bath and kitchen when you walk in. Coffee bar in kitchen equipped with drip coffee and espresso maker. Living room has seating for 6 and a Roku TV. Laundry room leads to covered deck and patio with mountain views in the backyard. Family room has flat screen T.V., pull out queen bed, pool table, foosball, work station and board games. Access to the whole property except for the horse pasture and stalls. We live in Charlotte and happy to answer any questions or offer suggestions on things to do. Home is on a private road shared with one neighbor. Parker-Binns Vineyard is right across the street. Tryon Equestrian Center is less than ten minutes away. Mountain Brook Vineyard is 12 minutes away. Asheville and Greenville are 45 minutes away. Tryon and Saluda are 20 minutes away. Sorry, no pets allowed. Home is in a rural area, so the internet is not great. It is DSL and will get you online and you can stream movies; but it is not super fast. But that’s okay, so much to do outside in this area. : )
