The house is pet-friendly and has a spacious open plan living with two indoor living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a home office, fully furnished for your comfort. The property has plenty of space for everyone, we have two separate living areas both with Large LCD smart TV. There is also PlayStation for the gaming lovers. Additionally we have mini library with a good selection of books, enjoy a good read in the light filled backroom or on the front deck . To add to your holiday memories, battle it out over a well-contested board games provided. The front deck is a beautiful entertainment area. The covered area is fitted with large dinning table to fit the whole family. Attend the BBQ while you watch the kangaroos hop around and emus majestically walk on the front lawn. There is a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after you walk back from the beach and a sunny outdoor deck to enjoy the sun. In cold weather the wood fire will keep everyone warm and cozy while creating a relaxing atmosphere all throughout the house. If you needed to open your laptop and finish some work, there is a home office, fitted with a desk and office chair. The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your pet. Other things to note Did you know that Jemisons Beach on the southern side of Potato Point is a dog friendly beach allows dogs to run off leash all day long? The sweeping bay offers gorgeous views of the ocean and is a great stretch of sand for you and your dog to play fetch. For the boaties, there is a ramp 300m from the holiday house. From only a short walk away you can reach Jemison's point lookout and enjoy whale watching. This initially starts in late Autumn as thousands of whales pass by on their annual journey north to escape the cool waters of the south.
