Set in a well-tended, lush garden, Cala Machina boasts an immaculate 14x8m swimming pool with roman corner entry steps, which will doubtless become the centre of your days here. Surrounding the pool are large sun terraces, as well as spacious, well-equipped Bbq and dining areas, verandah & covered terraces and mature trees and shrubs. Pick a favourite spot for breakfast or dinner al fresco, or try them all out! Made up of a main house and an annexe, this villa offers versatile, welcoming and well-proportioned accommodation for up to 6 people. The interior is comfortable and tastefully furnished and the house is fully equipped with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite Tv (limited channels/news only) & Hi-Fi system. Inside the main part of the Cala Machina is a cosy living room with an attractive ornamental fireplace and plenty of space to sink into a comfy chair at the end of a day exploring the area. This room gives direct access to one of the terraces and garden. The large kitchen-dining room provides a spacious indoor dining option, and the kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Doors also lead out directly from the kitchen to the terrace and pool. Two of the generous & traditionally furnished bedrooms, a double and a twin, can be found in the main part of the villa alongside a shower room and a separate Wc. Another double bedroom with en-suite shower room can be found in the annexe close by. One of the bathrooms also houses a washing machine. The patio area with pergola is well-furnished for outside dining or relaxing with an aperitif, while another area of the terrace is home to a table tennis table, ideal for whiling away afternoons at Cala Machina. Situated just a stone’s throw from San Vito Lo Capo’s beach and centre, Cala Mancina is also an excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area. Nearby can be visited: the Zingaro nature reserve, the salt pans of Trapani and Marsala, the medieval village of Erice, Trapani’s historical centre, the imposing temple of Segesta and the Egadi islands. Bed linen & towels are provided as well as pool towels. The cleaner will come in during your stay & change them, depending on how many days you are staying. All of this is included in the price.
