Close to town and to nature! The space Lovely balcony facing southwest gets sunlight all day long. Writing desk, printer available. There is a little stand of trees in the yard where sometimes a few deer come from the nearby woods to snack on the bushes, and a deck with a stone barbecue. Laundry room just downstairs. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom, laundry facilities, barbecue in the yard... During your stay As much or as little interaction as you like. I rent out this room when I am out of town. The other flatmate in the place is also often out of town, but she is a friendly person who speaks english and french as well as swedish and likes meeting travellers. She is the one who recommended to me that we do this listing. Other things to note Hammarby Höjden is very laid back and relaxed, especially in summertime. You'll see people out jogging, walking their dogs, pushing baby carriages, or on their way to swimming in one of the lakes in the nearby nature reserve. There is a little village square just down the street with several restaurants (swedish, Thai, and maybe the worst pizza place on earth), two cafes, dry cleaner, 7/11, supermarket, pharmacie. If you don't feel like going anywhere, you do not need to. But the subway or tunnel bana gets you into the main part of town in just three stops and the heart of town in six or seven. So, you're in the middle of everything quickly when you want to be.
