A well equipped and comfortable caravan situated in River Valley Country Park which is a David Bellamy award winning site. It allows easy access to many of Cornwalls wonderful beaches and attractions providing a great base for exploring West Cornwall. 10 minutes from Perranuthnoe beach 10 minutes from Marazion 15 minutes to Penzance 10 miles from St. Ives St. Erth train station 4 miles away provides park and ride to St. Ives This is a quiet park with no clubhouse facilities. The space A comfortable and cosy caravan with a light open plan living area. A large corner sofa and dining table and well equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed and one with two small singles. (Please note we are not set up with baby equipment such as travel cots, high chairs, baby eating utensils as we do not have room to store these.) It has central heating and an electric fire in the main area which heats the space quickly. The designated parking space is right next to the caravan. There is an on site laundrette with large washing machines, dryers and washing lines. There is also the benefit of EV chargers at reception. Phone signals are weak but we have installed premium wifi so it is good for running phones and other devices. Please note we do not accept any pets although for allergy sufferers we occasionally take our own dog. Guest access The caravan has a self check in using a key box. There are a few stairs up to the door. Other things to note Although we do not accept dogs If you have any dog allergies please note that our dog does sometimes stay in the caravan. Please note the EV chargers are by the reception not by the caravan it is a very short walk away. Please note that we do not have equipment such as high chairs, travel cots, baby eating utensils etc as we don't have enough storage space so our caravan is not suitable for babies/younge infants.
