My accommodation is near Hermannplatz&KottbuserPlatz in Neukölln/KreuzCölln, so also in the historic GründerZentrum of Berlin/Coeln. You will love my accommodation because of the location and the comfort. And if you would like to have a portrait session (I'm a photographer) or a rubber dinghy event on the canal in the area, then you're welcome to do so during your stay, of course only if desired.
