A cozy and bright apartment on the fourth floor (stairs only) in a calm building in the heart of Reykjavík. The apartment is within walking distance of all necessities and only a stones-throw away from the best restaurants and bars the city has to offer. The closest bus stop is only a five minute walk away. This is our own home which we rent out occasionally. The space A small apartment in terms of square meters, but spacious in terms of volume due to its incredibly high ceilings. The apartment consists of a cute kitchen and a cozy living room, a bathroom, a balcony and a spacious bedroom. There is a shared laundry room in the basement, with two washing machines and one dryer which guests can book. Guest access The apartment is located in a paid-parking neighborhood, however, it is possible to park for free only a block away. Other things to note The building is family-friendly and thus no parties are allowed.
