The suite and the living room have lateral sea views. Guest access The Condominium is situated in front of the Sea, in Praia Grande in Ubatuba. Close to markets, restaurants and bars. It is possible to reach these points on foot, as it is close to everything. Access with garage elevator, leisure area to the apartment. The condominium has covered parking demarcated with the apartment number. Apartment with 2 spaces available for medium vehicles. Other things to note Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Don't forget to bring BED LINEN and BATH LINEN, including pillows, as in the apartment we only provide kitchen utensils. The outlets are 110V.
