Seaside summer dream in Frillesås.

An idyllic Swedish country home located 500m from the beach. The house lies on a 1700 square meter plot of land and is surrounded by lush greenery. With a two story semi wrap around patio with a dining, lounge, and barbecue area you have plenty of room to relax and wind down. In Frillesås you have access to several beaches and bays within 5-10 min walking distance but you’re also 20 min away with car to Varberg in the south or Kungsbacka in the north. The space The entrance level is around 76 sqm with two bedrooms, a kitchen, living and dining area as well as a bathroom with shower. A staircase takes you down to the basement level where you’ll find two more bedrooms (one with bunk beds) another living room as well as bathroom with laundry and dryer. Pls note the basement area is cooler and the stairs are quite steep so might not be appropriate for toddlers or elderly guest. Staying here means you have access to bikes, two stand up paddles and an outdoor shower- perfect to rinse off the salty ocean water or sand after a dip in the ocean. Guest access The whole house Other things to note The entrance level consists of a hallway that leads in to the kitchen where you'll have a small kitchen island and two high stools, connected to the dining area for up to 8 people. A small lounge area with sofa, sofa table, two armchairs and a TV. A double glassdoor leads out to the upper level of the deck where theres an outdoor dining area under a pergola. Pls note that its not covered as in rain proof. The entrance level also has a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a 160 cm wide double bed whereas the second bedroom has a single bed of 140 cm width (so you can easily sleep and adult and a kid if needed). A stair leads down to the basement level where you will find a room with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and another bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed. Another living room with a TV and sofa as well as a bathroom with laundry makes up the rest of the basement level. Pls note the stairs down to the basement level is quite steep but it can be closed off from the entrance level with a door (can be locked) but there are no gates. Pls also note there's no floor heating in the basement so it can get a bit cooler. Perfect on a warm summer day but if you are unlucky with the weather there will be two extra radioators available.
