This spacious lock-off studio is the perfect crash-pad for your Crested Butte adventures! Stocked with a television, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc., it has all the essentials with none of the frills/clutter! This lockoff is entirely separate from the rest of the unit, it has it's own private entrance along with a full private bathroom and plenty of space for 1-3 people to relax. This unit is located on the free shuttle loop to the base area and offers a shared pool and hot tub! The space ***Please read and agree to all of the Disclosures at the bottom of this listing description prior to submitting a booking request.* ***Please note the pool & hot tub will be closed for the spring off-season from April 6th until typically early June.*** Sage's Studio is a lock off that features a spacious full bathroom including a starter supply of your basic necessities, a. blow dryer, and extra towels. The main space features bunk style beds with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is a large closet in the main space with extra pillows and blankets, a fan, humidifier, hangers, an iron, and a luggage rack. Please be aware other guests may be staying in the adjoining 2 bedroom. There is also a large dresser with plenty of storage and a television. Though there is no kitchen in this space, we do offer a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker (starter supply of basic coffee grounds and filters provided), and a few plates/bowls/silverware for your use! Shared amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and paid washer/dryers in the common space. DISCLOSURES: MULTI-RENTAL CONFIGURATION: This condo includes a lock-off bedroom and thus can be rented as a Studio, 2 bedroom, or 3 bedroom configuration. Please note that the 3 bedroom configuration is the only way for guests to receive 2 parking passes. Please keep in mind that sound can travel easily between units when they are booked separately. While each side has its own private entrance and is fully separated, normal household noises—such as TV sound, voices, or doors—may be heard between spaces. If you prefer complete privacy and minimal noise, we recommend booking the entire 3-bedroom configuration. PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this building. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule. QUIET HOURS: Absolutely no parties. Many long-term working residents live in this building; excessive noise outside of 9am-9pm will not be tolerated. PARKING: Guests are allotted 1 parking pass to be used in the building lot. There is no assigned parking. No trailers/RVs. There is no additional overnight parking in Mount Crested Butte. Free street parking is available in the town of Crested Butte (3 miles, follow posted signage diligently). 1 parking pass is provided/unit; this is non-negotiable, please plan accordingly! POOL/HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are managed by the building HOA. West Elk Property Management cannot foresee closures due to routine maintenance or cleaning and therefore will not offer any refunds in the event the pool or hot tub is unusable for part or all of your stay. Please be aware the pool and hot tub is available during the Winter and Summer months only. Off-Season closures are typically from early April to early June and again around late September to early December. AIR CONDITIONING: There is no air conditioning in this building. Air conditioning is very uncommon in the Gunnison Valley; I would be happy to point you in the direction of some great local rivers and lakes to help cool you off :) CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2025/2026 Season on November 26th.
