The bright and spacious living room is stylishly furnished with a sofa bed (for 2 people | 2 separate beds), a TV, a nice large dining table and a small balcony. The modern kitchen offers high-quality appliances and is fully equipped to make you feel at home. The seating area in the garden with a grill may be shared with the rest of the residents of the house - 2 families permanently live in the house. That is why sleep is also important. A parking space & covered bicycle shelter right at your doorstep complete the great offer. The apartment is the ideal oasis of well-being and promises eventful vacations on beautiful Lake Constance. Our guests benefit from a free rental of SUPs & kayaks in the nearby Lake Constance Canoe School during their stay.
