Fish from the Dock! Beautiful home with 110 feet on sandy beach on the ICWW on a huge lot. You are renting the entire downstairs with a screened in porch,. Private beach , dock and gorgeous views. There is a porch swing on the covered deck and a fenced yard. The space This location is like stepping back in time. You can walk out your front door, down a rustic wooden path through a natural area to a white sandy beach. You might see a neighbor but you are just as likely not to. And if you do see a neighbor be sure to wave hello. They'll return the greeting Guest access The guests will have access to the entire apartment. There are 2 bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. There is a full kitchen with a gas range, Dishwasher, Microwave and refrigerator with an icemaker. There is also a washer and dryer. The screened porch is yours alone to use with a swing and rocking chairs. The private beach has a dock, a tiki hut, beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The yard is totally fenced. we have 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards you may use. We require a minimum 3 day stay . Other things to note The house is on the Intracoastal Waterway but you see Masonboro Island from the beach to the right. It is a barrier island separating the ICWW from the ocean. It is an easy kayak paddle to get to the island and walk the nearly deserted beach for shells. I have a kayak you are welcome to use. The ICWW is like a road with most of the traffic in the middle where the deep channel is. The sides of the channel are like the shoulder of the road and are the best place to kayak. It is the safest as you are not competing with faster, bigger boats. You also need to be aware of the tides. Paddling against the current when you leave means you can ride the tide back with less effort. We are pet friendly but have a few rules. If you, the one booking the reservation, would like to bring a pet they must be up to date on vaccinations ( vet records are required before checking in.) Tell me a little about the pet when you request the reservation, age, size (although i don't have a weight limit) and temperament. You know your pet. If they do not get along with other dogs, bark excessively, chew on things or are a nuisance to the neighbors, etc. please make other arrangements. Of course, you assume all responsibility for any damage caused by your pet. Because of this, the person booking the reservation is the only one allowed to bring a pet.
