Second floor Includes bedroom 4 (king bed), bathroom, landing and reception room (including one sofa bed, one sofa and viewing area). Please note if the sofa bed and sofa are used by 9/10 th guests an additional charge will be added of £25 per guest to cover Laundry and cleaning fees
