Large room with queen bed, TV (Stan, Disney +, Netflix) fridge, microwave, air fryer, tea and coffee provided in room. This space has its own private access to and from with a small private courtyard outside the external door. Toast, Cheese, spreads, butter, cereals, juice & milk provided for breakfast. Free on street parking. The space NB:// there are two cats onsite - they don't have access to your room but wanted to let you know in case there are allergies. Guest access There is ample free on street parking. If you require parking directly outside your room please let me know and this can be arranged. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket and train station not to mention all the beautiful parklands & lake close by. Other things to note Unfortunately I cannot host pets due to the pets already on the property. This is a self contained unit with its own ensuite and basic cooking facilities. Smoking is permitted, but only outside in the courtyard. Photo ID will be required at time of booking.
