The apartment is located directly opposite the entrance to Duloch Park, a vast area of ancient woodland and manicured green areas with a pond of swans and ducks. There are local shops, restaurant, take aways and supermarkets. A gentle walk through the park takes you to the shops and supermarkets only a few minutes away on foot. The property is tastefully decorated and provides a home from home environment. The kitchen is well equipped for short or longer term stays. The bedrooms offer spacious accommodation with wardrobe space. The beds offer comfortable John Lewis mattress with memory foam toppers, four pillows and a duvet. Additional pillows are available. Guest access Access to the property is between 1pm and 6pm. The licence cut off for arrivals is 6pm and we cannot offer arrivals after that time. Free parking for strictly one car is provided in the private car park outside the apartment. There is a layby on the public road for an additional vehicle if there is availability. There are 4 railway stations and 2 bus hubs in the local area providing excellent transport. Edinburgh city is 250 square kilometers with most of the historical attractions lying in the old town, so destination times vary and the following are merely a guide. All distances are approx by car in minutes, taken at non peak times and guests should confirm for themselves that the travel times from Dunfermline to Edinburgh are acceptable for their needs.
