Whether you're checking out the Fremont Troll, heading out to the mountains, visiting family, or working from Seattle (we have two WFH desks!), our place is a perfect home base for all your adventures. With 3 bedrooms and an additional fold-out sofa bed, we can accommodate your family or group of friends for a night out on the town or a chill stay at home. Built in 2016 this well-maintained new home feels bright and modern. Our home is a four-story townhouse, with the following layout: - 2nd Floor: Entrance, Kitchen, Living (Queen memory foam sofa-bed from Sleepers in Seattle) & half-bath - 3rd Floor: Full Bedroom, Queen Bedroom & Full Bath - 4th Floor: Queen Bedroom & Full Bath - Rooftop: Private Deck with outdoor furniture - Ground Floor: Unavailable garage. Used for host storage. Guest access Entire home available: Living/Dining, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a rooftop deck.
