Welcome to your Gameday Getaway! This home is conveniently located off I-85, 10 minutes from the beautiful campus of Clemson, and 2 minutes from the nearest grocery store and restaurants making the perfect spot for your next trip to Clemson. The space The home provides 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. - 1 King Bed (second floor) - 1 Queen Bed (second floor) - 1 Full Bed (second floor) - 1 Queen Air Mattress (18" w/ Built in pump) - Keyless Entry The House: On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee, complemented by an eat-in bar with two stools, a dining table for 6, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV (Roku included). You can also find a half bath and the provided air mattress on the main floor. Guests will not have access to the garage. The second floor includes three bedrooms, two full baths, and the laundry room with washer and dryer. The primary features a king bed, large smart tv, full length mirror, and bathroom en suite with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The master bedroom closet is locked, but a garment rack is provided. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a desk working station. The other guest bedroom has a full size bed and a flat screen tv (Roku included). Both guest rooms share a full bath. All beds are memory foam and are made with fresh, soft linens to ensure a good night's rest. Outside you will find a covered patio with patio furniture. There is also a community pergola with seating and fireplaces. There is a doorbell camera that monitors the front porch and front yard. You will not have access to the neighborhood pool and not be allowed to have packages or mail delivered to the home (please use a PO Box). I offer free early check-in or late check-out IF there is not a back to back booking. Please feel free to message me and I'll do my best to accommodate! You will find all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay: - Bed linens and towels - Blankets - Hi-speed internet / Wi-Fi - Roku included with all TVs (you will need to use your own streaming services accounts) - Coffee - Toilet paper and paper towels up - Shampoo and conditioner - Hand soap - Washer and dryer - Hair dryer in each bathroom - Cooking supplies and kitchenware - Basic cleaning supplies Being a Clemson grad, I know all the best spots in town so please feel free to contact me at any time during your stay for recommendations or if you need help with anything! Guest access Entire home is for guests. Other things to note Pets are welcome for a fee of $75 which will automatically be added into your nightly rate! If you plan on bringing pets please be sure to mark it on the “Guests” portion of the booking process and let me know how many pets and what kind you plan to bring when you request the booking. Only potty trained pets are allowed.
