Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, including a breakfast bar for quick meals on the go, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with terrific views, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable. Things to Know The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers. Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
