The space The house is a beautifully renovated New England-style farmhouse, originally built in 1892, offering a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The main entrance for guests is through the three-season farmer's porch, featuring a smart lock for easy self-check-in. Step outside onto the small side deck with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and enjoyment. The kitchen has essential cooking supplies and a complimentary coffee station. You'll find a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher for your convenience, as well as cleaning supplies and an ironing board with an iron. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, with fresh towels, washcloths, and essential bath products. Stay comfortable with sizeable portable AC units located both upstairs and downstairs. Each of the four bedrooms has a queen-size bed, clean linens, and luggage racks with hangers for your convenience. Guest access Guests have access to the driveway, which has plenty of parking space. A parking diagram is included in the slideshow for your convenience. The garage houses the owners' tools and workshop and is unavailable to guests. In the house, guests have access to the entire main house except for the basement and housekeeping closet. Other things to note Please note that trailer parking is available on the property. Guests with snowmobiles, ATVs, or UTVs can directly access trails from the property. We welcome pets; a dedicated bin on the three-season porch offers food bowls, a furniture cover, pet towels, and a bed. Kindly clean up after your pets. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
