To ensure everyone has a pleasant and safe stay, please read the house rules carefully: 🏠 Living Together & Visits Visitors: It is strictly forbidden to bring extra people into the house. Exceptions (such as short family visits) must be agreed upon with me in advance and depend on my health status at the time. Footwear: To maintain hygiene, we only use slippers or flip-flops inside. You may leave your shoes on the stairs. If you don't have slippers, I will be happy to lend you a pair. Common Areas: You may use the living room freely, except during periods when I am practicing singing or piano (during which the TV must remain off). Quiet Hours: Please respect everyone's rest. We ask for silence after 11:00 PM (weekdays) and after midnight (weekends). 🍳 Kitchen & Cleaning Organization: The kitchen must be left exactly as you found it. If you use the stove, oven, or toaster, please clean them immediately after use. Oven Use: Use only appropriate ovenware (do not use the built-in oven trays). After use, soak the dishes in water before washing. Trash & Maintenance: To help with house logistics, please take the trash to the street bin when full and help empty the dishwasher if you use it. For small items, please use the drying racks (outside if sunny, inside if raining). ⚡ Energy & Heating (Very Important) As the electrical installation is old, we must coordinate the use of appliances in winter to avoid overloads: Heating: Electric radiators in the bedroom and bathroom are available from November 15th to March 31st. Bathroom: The heating is underfloor. At night, please turn it off or set it to 19°C. Golden Rule: Always turn off all heaters and appliances when you leave the house. Electrical Load: Do not use the kettle and microwave at the same time as the heater, or the circuit breaker will trip. The kitchen heater can only be used with one other heater at a time. ⚠️ Additional Rules Gas: If the gas runs out and I am not home, you will find a replacement bottle outside the kitchen on the left side. TV & Art: Do not change the TV channel settings. Please do not touch the piano without prior permission, and remember that the paintings on the walls are art pieces for sale.
