Located in the heart of the village of Riverside-Albert, this thoughtfully renovated heritage house is the perfect place to use as a home base for your Bay of Fundy adventures. Easily take in nearby attractions like Fundy National Park, marys point, Cape Enrage, Hopewell Rocks, beaches, trails, and smalltown treats. You might even spot a hummingbird or two while relaxing on the front porch!   Enjoy the freedom, comfort, quiet, and privacy of having access to a whole house and backyard. The space This large, clean heritage house has room for everyone.   Walk in and immediately get a feel for the large space with east coast accents. The sizeable mudroom opens into a large, well-appointed living room. Along with a 55” TV with Chromecast where guests can access their own streaming accounts, several books, puzzles, and boardgames are provided for your entertainment.   Make yourself at home with the fully-equipped kitchen. Whether you just want a fresh pot of coffee in the morning or you’re whipping up a full lobster dinner, the kitchen has you covered with new appliances, dishware, glassware, utensils, and cooking and baking basics like pots, pans, bowls, utensils, and more. There’s also a spacious dining room and long dining table (with sleeves to expand it even more) to give your family or group the room to enjoy a meal together.   The home features a full-size bathroom with charming details and a clean and newly-tiled shower, complete with a rainfall shower head. There’s an additional powder room on the main floor. Fresh towels along with basics like shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.   The upstairs features three private bedrooms: two with new queen-size beds, and one with a new king-size bed. Fresh bedding and floor fans make for a comfortable sleep and stay.   A shaded backyard along with a front porch are yours to use and perfect places to enjoy meals or drinks at beginning or end of day. Guest access You’re provided with whole house access, as well as a backyard and private on-property parking. Guests will be given a door code shortly before their arrival for safe and easy self-check-in. Other things to note This is a quiet residential area, and respect for our neighbours’ peace is a priority. We do not allow parties, large groups or gatherings, or loud guests. This home is suitable for singles, couples, families, or small groups who are looking for a peaceful getaway.
