Saddleworth historic villages of Delph. Uppermill and Dobcross offer independent shops, restaurants and bars. Manchester City Centre is a 25 minute train journey away. The space Constructed in 2019 the property offers modern, open plan living with large kitchen, dining area and lounge. The property has high speed wifi, Sky Q TV, Netflix and a Rako lighting system which offers different moods of ambient lighting at the touch of a button. Underfloor heating provides a cosy warm space. The Scouthut has been fitted to a luxurious standard. The master bedroom has a superking size bed and large doubled ended bath. A dressing table and mirror. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds and a dressing table and mirror. The shower room has a walk in wetroom shower with rain head and separate hand held shower head, wall hung toilet and basin with lots of storage. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A hairdryer is provided. Towels and bed linen are provided. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. All major supermarkets deliver to the property. Outside the property you have your own gated garden area with panoramic views. Outdoor lighting, seating area and a dining area. A gas BBQ is available on request (please request prior to arrival). There is also an outside fire pit, (wood can be purchased on site) and a pétanque area for boules. Guest access The entire property and garden of the Scouthut Other things to note We have a lovely, cosy pub restaurant with open fire, just 2 minutes walk from the property. The food is fantastic! Definitely worth booking. We have many gorgeous walks right on our doorstep with amazing views. Delph and Uppermill have lots of lovely cafes and restaurants, ideal for stop offs on walks. Manchester City Centre is very accessible, trains can be taken from Greenfield Station.
