Professional photoshoots are not allowed inside the clubhouse. KITCHEN: - fully equipped kitchen with stove, grill, pots, pans, and dishes. We do not have an oven. PHOTOSHOOTS: - can be allowed WITHIN the villa only. Shoots are NOT allowed within the clubhouse and the beach as per the village management. Other things to note WIFI: Yes, 100mbps. DRINKING WATER: Free for the first 5 gallon bottle (1 blue round bottle), Php 50 for the succeeding ones TOWELS: We encourage all guests to bring their own towels, but should you need one, we have towels for rent at Php 50 each. KARAOKE: No, we don't have karaoke. :) FOOD DELIVERY SERVICE: Laiya does not have Grab/Foodpanda. There's a delivery service called "Grab n Go" on fb. Kindly message them directly for requests. BOARD GAMES: This is free to use, but we kindly request for you to take care of it as if it's your own. Any damage will be charged to the guest's account. IS THERE WATER ACTIVITIES? None as of the moment but our personal favorite is looking at the sunrise every morning near the beach. COLOR OF THE BEACH SAND AND CAN KIDS SWIM? We have a beautiful brown fine sand that's safe for even kids to swim. QUIET TIME: 10pm to 7am - we are inside a private subdivision so we kindly request to keep noise to a minimum as to not disturb neighbors. thank you! PETS: - Bedroom, jacuzzi, and clubhouse pool is off limits. - Owners are also expected to clean up after your pets’ poo & pee, and maintain the cleanliness of the property. - We can only accommodate up to 2 pets inside the property. PARKING: We only have 2 parking slots. Street parking is NOT allowed.
