NO PARTIES ALLOWED The space You will have 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom, kitchen and dining, living/games room with pool table. You will also have access to a large outdoor swimming pool. NOTE PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Only paid guests allowed on property. You will however share main entrance and foyer with one family member for access to her upstairs apartment Guest access Guests will have access to and be able to roam free through the extensive manicured gardens and have use of the swimming pool and fire pit. Other things to note There may be times that guests may share some common outdoor areas such as pool or gardens with hosts. Upstairs family member may use main living area as a walk through to other wing of manor. Please do not move pool table, this will incur $100 re-calibration charge. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
