We are located in the characteristic "Borgo di Galtellì" 10 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei. The apartment consists of a large open-space kitchen/living room, spacious bedroom , bathroom with large shower and washing machine, and second bedroom with double bed. A total of 4 beds are available. Equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and 2 portable fans. Furnished and equipped, with a reserved parking space inside the courtyard. It does not have Wi-Fi. The space The apartment is on the ground floor of a condominium building with only 3 units. The entrance and porch are for the exclusive use of guests Guest access The fenced courtyard is shared with the other 2 houses, while the porch adjacent to the entrance of the accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests. The gate is NOT electric; it must be opened and closed manually and leads directly to the entrance of the apartment. The parking space is in front of the porch and the entrance window. In the courtyard, you might encounter two small or medium-sized dogs Other things to note ° You will find 1 pair of sheets for each bed and 1 shower towel 1 face and 1 bidet for each guest ° 500 meters from the apartment there are bars, supermarket, pizzeria/restaurant, and a little further away 1 bank and 1 pharmacy , all on the main street of the village ° In front of the outside entrance there is a small square equipped with children's games ° Guests are required to comply with local rules regarding separate garbage collection. You will find a detailed description of how to separate it and a calendar for door-to-door collection, so on the scheduled days you will need to put the bins out (especially for stays longer than 5 nights, the organic waste bin, which in the heat could become unpleasant, then please dispose of it.
