The property is located in the upper part of the enchanting Laglio, a small village characterised by pretty and quiet alleys. The house consists of a living room (lake view), a living area with kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a balcony and a garden with wide lake view. Private parking space on the property. The space *MEDIUM/LONG-TERM STAYS ARE PERMITTED*. The house is located in a residential area and can be reached from the car park by descending two flights of steps consisting of four ramps. The space is organised as follows - LIVING AREA: two sofas with two and three seats respectively, TV (with Chromecast), Bluetooth music device; - LIVING AREA with OPEN KITCHEN (gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, moka, teapot, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, wine glasses), dining table and small bookcase. - BATHROOM I: with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC + ante-bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer; - BEDROOM I: two single beds, spacious built-in wardrobes, TV, desk, balcony with lake view accessible from the two windows; - BEDROOM II: double bed, wardrobe, lake view from the two windows; - BEDROOM III: double bed, large built-in wardrobe/library; - BATHROOM II: with shower, bath, washbasin, bidet and WC; - GARDEN on two levels overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture (two dining tables for six people, chairs, deck chairs, sunshade, outdoor shower, barbecue and grill); - PARKING ROOM. OTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine and dryer (in the anteroom), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack and clothes stand. OTHER INFORMATION: an uncovered parking space is included, accessible through the main automatic gate. From the car park, it is necessary to descend two steps to reach the entrance to the house. Guest access The car park is located along Via Regina Nuova, number 35, inside the property and is accessed by opening the main automatic gate. From the car park, it is necessary to descend two steps to reach the entrance of the house. The entire accommodation is available to guests! Other things to note All guests' identity documents must be shown by the day of arrival, as required by Italian law. A tourist tax will be charged for the first 7 days. The amount is 2 Euro per day per person. Children up to the age of 11 and the disabled are exempt.
