The house consists of a large entrance with a toilet, a spacious living room of more than 80 m2 with a living room area, dining room with a long dining table, bistro kitchen separated by a glass roof, with laundry area with washing machine, all overlooking a large wooden terrace with pergola. The sleeping area on the ground floor offers a double bedroom, a large dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, a toilet, and a children's bedroom with two single beds, with its own sink. The upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, a large mezzanine with office/TV/children's games area, a bathroom with corner bathtub and Italian shower, a separate toilet. For babies, a high chair and a travel cot are available. All the spaces of the house are air-conditioned and the rooms each have a ceiling fan. Outside, a large wooden terrace offers various spaces: dining table, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and Chilean chairs. A 10 m X 4 m swimming pool is equipped with a heat pump and offers a small beach for children and a bar cover for protection. The large, wooded and shaded garden welcomes small and big children to jump on the 3.30 diameter trampoline and play in the small house at the bottom of the garden. Bikes are at your disposal for all ages. There is no shortage of activities in the surrounding area: Zoo de Plaisance du Touch 5 minutes away, Golf de Téoula, bike rides along the lake or bike paths, guinguette with tapas and small concerts, children's playgrounds, cinema, bowling, laser game, AnimaParc (children's playground), walk to the forest of Bouconne, tree climbing, city of Toulouse, medieval city of Carcassonne etc... Guest access The entire surface except the garage Other things to note Only sheets, blankets, pillows and their covers are provided. As stated in the house rules, 4 cats live at home year-round and will need to be fed by guests during their stay. The pool will require minimal maintenance from guests (starting the cleaning via a robot and maintaining the water level) For short stays (less than a week), the house will not be completely emptied of the hosts' personal belongings. However, sufficient storage space will be available.
