Strictly no Children Guest access Wooden gated area , drive up steep gravel drive and park by welcome gate outside your hut . If you arrive in the dark the drive is well lit . Park your car for the entire stay and enjoy the beautiful walks or take your car to the many local towns and attractions within short drive from Charlton. If walking back from pub after dark bring a torch as country lane is not well lit. Check opening times for food at the local pub . Other local pubs and restaurants short drive away. Other things to note Now with Electric Vehicle Charger . Adults only . Storage space in the hut is limited , so pack minimal , ruck sack small case , however we do have additional storage shed if you need larger case or bike stored. We are dog friendly , so don’t forget your dog bed . Please make arrangements with us first if more than one dog . We make a £20 charge per dog stay . The area is fully secure and safe for your dog. Breakfast pack available from local butcher with prize winning sausages . If you request any of the packs . We will charge additional via Airbnb before you arrive. Complimentary tea ,coffee sugar and a some treats will be provided . Our own fresh eggs will be complimentary . We do not provide milk. The wood fired hot tub and Sauna is for sole use if the guests and completely private.. Bringing the spa experience to the countryside . If you do not want to use these facilities just pop a message and we can apply a discount . The hot Tub has hydro Jets and bubbles and LED lights . Each night stay we will provide enough wood to heat the tub and sauna . If you want to use the Fire Pits then we can sell you extra wood packs at £10 per bag . The hot tub can take from 1 to 2 hrs to heat on colder evenings. With the insulated lid left on the water will keep warm all evening. Hot Tub and sauna briefings are required prior to any use of Sauna and Hot Tub . This is for your own health and safety . A liability waiver will need to be read before use of these facilities , these are in the blue folder inside the hut. We can sell you extra wood to use on the fire Pitt and BBQ if required. We do not provide BBQ charcoals so please make arrangements to provide your own if you want to use the Fire BBQ . Fire lighters , kindle are supplied to make up the wood stoves . The hosts prefer to light the hot tub prior to arrival to save the guests problems when lighting tubs and wasting wood. We do not allow guests to bring their own wood for use in tub and sauna . Only the wood supplied must be burned in the wood fired hot tub and sauna stoves. Please note we no longer provide milk . If you want to use BBQ and or Fire pits please bring your own charcoal or purchase extra wood from us. We do not provide charcoal . NB ; Wood stove fires will go out if not managed . It’s important to start with small kindling building the fire up with stove door shut closed , keep checking every few minutes to ensure the fire is roaring by adding more wood . The fire will go out if not managed wasting your daily supply of wood if not managed properly. Videos will shortly be available. In the winter it can take 2 hours to get the cold sanitised water to 40 degrees . The Sauna about 25 mins. These are shorter times in the summer . Any damage , or breakages will be charged . Please take care . We have strict check out instructions. All rubbish to be removed and put in bins outside provided . Wash up crocks cups pans and replace where you found them . We provide a Smart TV . This has Netflix and BBC I -player . If using your own NETFLIX account it’s important to sign in and then sign out when checking out . Please don’t leave your profile ICON on the screens. etc . Due to the changes with Netflix accounts the host can not guarantee the private use of their account for guests therefore please bring these details with you if you want to watch movies .
