The flat is located on the second floor and can be reached by lift or comfortable stairs. Unfortunately the flat is not suitable for disabled persons as the lift is not of the appropriate size. Other things to note -PARKING Free parking is located 600 metres away (EX ILVA car park or Via Golino car park). Paid parking is 100 metres away (Piazza 25 Aprile Car Park), with the following subscriptions available: -2 days: 8 euros -weekly: 13 euros -Fifteen-day: 25 euros In summer weeks, the parking coupon is free. -TOURIST TAX: To be paid in cash upon arrival 0.50 Euro (from April 1st to June 15th) or 1 Euro (from June 16th to September 15th) per person over 16 years old per night. -CHECK IN (16 - flexible): We will welcome you in person and documents will be required for registration. -BATHROOM AND KITCHEN KIT: A courtesy Bathroom and Kitchen Kit are provided. -LINEN: The apartment will be delivered clean and provided with high-quality linen (bathroom - bedroom); any changes are possible at an additional cost of 15 euros per person.
