Master Bedroom - Queen Size Bed plus an extra sleeping sofa (full size) in the master bedroom Second Bedroom - Queen Size Bed Guest Room/Bunk Bed - Full and Twin Size - A trundle bed (Twin size) Guests are permitted to use the laundry The kitchen has all the equipment you will need to make a family dinner, but there are several great restaurants in the area with take-out and/or delivery options. Guest access Guests can access to the entire property except the garage. Four cars can easily park on the driveway. The back yard is fenced in and gated ! Not the entire property. The stairs down to the Lake have a gate as well and that gate has a lock and the keys are in the house. Lake Lariat is a manmade Lake and the water quality gets checked every two weeks, you can check the guideline on swim guide Lake lariat. Swimming and fishing is possible, if the quality is good to go. Its very quiet and peaceful, only electro boots, kayaks, Kanus etc. are allowed. Other things to note NO PARTIES! Under no circumstances are parties allowed in our home. We have an exterior camera in front of the property to prevent parties. If the reservation was made for six people then it is expected that only those guests will be staying overnight. If you are expecting visitors, please ask permission first. We want you to have a great time in your home away from home, but we need to know who will be in the house at all times.
