A charming, stylish and cosy cottage for two in Derby city. Our 16th century brewery cottage features modern traditional decor, super-fast internet, Alexa in the ceilings, coffee machine and smart tv. This cottage is located in a private courtyard and still keeps its centuries old architecture to remind you of the history of Derby whilst having the touch of modernity needed for your comfort. There are many walks and bike rides close by as we are very close to the Peak District. The space There is a kitchen, seating area and bathroom all on the ground floor. There is only 1 double bed. You go up a narrow spiral staircase to the bedroom which please be careful if you decide to bring children and take the spiral staircase into consideration when booking please. Refer to the pictures to see if you are happy to stay here. Guest access The entire property you will be able to access. Other things to note If you want to bring babies/children please look at the spiral staircase before you book in the pictures and then book through your own discretion. We can provide a travel cot if you wish. Please let us know once you book so we can make sure it’s at the property ahead of your stay. There is only space for 1 car as it’s a council permit. Parking is a 1 minute walk from the property as the house is situated in a permit only zone. If you require anything ahead of your stay such as ironing boards etc please let me know a day in advance and we’ll try to accommodate you.
