Reservations must be 28 days or more. Beautiful bi-level lake house retreat is situated on 1 whole acre lot with +300ft of lake frontage in Plum Cove open for bookings of 28 days or more. The open floor plan allows for seamless entertaining and cooking inside. Outside you can enjoy the lake, huge yard, patio, or cozy up around the fire pit. The space The full kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, fridge, and stocked with cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, and basic cookware. There is also a coffee maker, kettle and toaster in the space. There is a large island and a large dining table with seating for 10 people. For outside cooking, there is a propane grill that can be used, and propane is supplied. Also, there is a fire pit with hotdog forks for cooking/roasting marshmallows. Two full bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo and bodywash. There are 6 bedrooms that can sleep up to 14 people. In the living room, curl up on the large sectional in front of the tv. Enjoy the feeling of being back to nature with the large windows looking onto wooded front/side yard and cove view from the backyard – you might even see a deer. This is the perfect place to get back to nature with the family. The Lake - Unfortunately, this rental does not come with a boat and no private boats or PWC are allowed on the lake. However, there are two paddle boards, two kayaks, inflatable tubes, and a lily pad that can be used. Rental Agreement/Lease - All rental guests must sign a standard rental Agreement/Lease. This will be emailed to you upon making the reservation and must be signed prior to arrival. You will not be given a door code or granted access to the property without signing the Rental Agreement/Lease. Guest access The house can be accessed using a smart keypad, and I will provide the door code prior to arrival. All rooms in the house are accessible to guests. As mentioned before in the listing description, this home is part of the Rome Rock Association (Homeowner's Association), guests will not have access to Rome Rock facilities such as the pools, beach, tennis courts, launch ramp(for personal boats or PWC) and other areas where the HOA ID card is required. Other things to note - There is a queen size washer and dryer on-site in the garage. - The house does not have central A/C but there are three portable units that are included - Enjoy high speed internet - There are two long folding tables that can be used for outside entertaining - There is a ping pong table, set of corn boards located in the garage. - There is a wood burning fireplace in the house, that is currently not working. So please do not use.
