The property can accommodate up to 8 people in a variety of combinations. One room has two double beds and the other a double bed with a double sofa bed. There is a private luxury bathroom and excellent kitchen. With almost 2 acres of grounds for children to play and adults to relax outside. 09/24 Brand new HotTub installed. The space Our Victorian manor house has undergone considerable restoration and improvements designed to preserve this beautiful home for many years to come. It is spacious and perfect for access to the North Lakes, Cumbrian coastline. and Scotland. The whole top floor is dedicated to Airbnb guests with 2 large bedrooms that can sleep 2 adults and 2 children in each room or, 4 adults in each room. Perfect for family breaks, golfing weekends, birthdays, anniversary weekends, friend parties, whatever you want! There is a luxury bathroom and, an excellent fully equipped kitchen. We have almost 2 acres of grounds too. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens and outdoor seating during their stay. (If it's wet/raining we will keep the garden seating indoors) Children are welcome to play in the front upper garden lawned area. Other things to note Beauty salon in the house. We can host small weddings and other celebrations such as children's parties anniversaries. Up to about 30 people. Guests would be renting the facility and we would discuss tailoring your event to suit your needs. Inspection visits can be organised to ensure your needs can be met. We can help find your event guests places to stay if needed. NOTE: To use the 5 person Hot Tub a small fee is payable upon arrival.
