The Chalet is perched upon a tree covered hill with a wrap around deck that gives magnificent 180 degree views, north, east and west. The home provides a gourmet kitchen, large living room and plenty of comfy sleeping spaces. The basement recreational room has a Retro Arcade gaming system console with 3500 games and hooks up tp 43" TV unit. Note the house has lots of steps. You'll have access to 80% of the house. The EV charger is in the garage and it is off limits unless requested. The 3 season porch isn't ready in Winter or early spring. Please stay on the property, driveway and house vicinity. The farms on either side are private property and have large cows and bulls. Never go past fence line. There are plenty of hiking paths at Devils lake State Park, and other park systems within 5 minutes reach. The Baraboo Chalet is located on a winding country road. There are some blind curves so be careful when pulling in and out of the driveway. Please park in the parking areas at the top of the driveway. There are 2 extra parking stalls located at the bottom when needed. Never park on the street! Everything fun, tasty and intreguing are all minutes away. Downtown Baraboo is 6 minutes away, Devils Lake North Shore 5 minutes away. Restaurant's, winery's and brewery's 5-10 minutes away. Yet you're in the woods in a private sucluded property . . . you'll feel like you're way up north. The farm land and woods surrounding the property are off limits. The driveway and deck are amazing and if you feel like exploring there are multiple trails minutes away. We ask for the respect of our neighbors because they raise large live stock. That can be dangerous if encountered on their property.
