The Moorhead Place

No cats. Welcome to the Fargo/Moorhead area! We live in a quiet neighborhood right down the road from both Concordia (.7 miles) and MSUM (1 mile) colleges. This home would be ideal for visiting families or those just breezing through! Free parking for up to 4 cars. Fast wifi. Roku tv with Netflix, amazon, hulu, disney+. Full kitchen. Right near the highway 94 intersection. 3 minute drive to Starbucks, planet fitness, noodles and company, etc... Spacious fenced in yard safe for well behaved pups! The space This is the Moorhead House! We start with free parking! Up to 4 vehicles. 2 spots in driveway. There is a big, spacious front yard for pets to roam if needed. The living room has a large, cozy leather couch to chill out and watch the Roku or catch up on the latest online with our fast wifi. Lots of natural light if you want to open up the curtains or cancel the light and hunker down with the sun blocking curtains. Two queen beds each in private rooms. Guest access Guests have entire upstairs area. Basement is not available at this time, nor is garage. Full use of kitchen. Large fridge, stove, dishwasher etc. Other things to note Every piece of linen and any laundry is done between every guest, no exceptions! We pride ourselves on being clean and safe. Rest assured, we wash all bedding, throws, blankets and bathroom mats. We know not every Airbnb has the same philosophy on this, but it's important to us to make sure everything is fresh between guests. Gooseberry park is .8 Miles away with many trails to hike, bike or walk and get some fresh air while listening to the Red River. If you enjoy fresh brews, there are many incredible breweries in the area as well as restaurants, local coffee shops and Sandy's donuts! Some of the best you can get!
