Youngstown, YSU, nightlife and venues 22mins Pittsburgh Airport 45mins Downtown 1hr Cleveland and Airport 1.5hrs Mill Creek Park, hiking, Fellows Riverside Garden, Lanterman's Mill, 25mins I-680 and Turnpike 15mins Other things to note The host must assist via phone in opening the hot tub for the first time. It's a little tricky. This is at your convenience, takes 5 minutes and doesn't require access to the home. Take special care in below freezing temperatures upon exiting the hot tub to avoid slipping on ice. I recommend bringing a warm robe, slip on shoes and beach towels. Young children are permitted in swim spa, but would need supervised because of strong currents that can be easily turned on by them and high temperatures in hot tub. This home has an insurance policy limitation. Members of 4 households are allowed at a time. No events or parties. This is non-negotiable since it was placed by the insurance provider. No loud or profane music. There are residential homes somewhat nearby with young kids. There is a lake on the property. The lake is for viewing only. No fishing, boating or swimming is permitted.
