It's now a spacious lake home with multiple additions and an unexpectedly gigantic swim spa for year-round relaxation, romance or fun! Feel at peace and at home connecting with loved ones in a tranquil natural setting. 8 Adults plus space for young kids! WIFI & Smart Roku TVs Boardman and Youngstown attractions. The space 3 Bedrooms -First floor King Room -Second floor Queen Room -Second floor Queen Plus Twin and Trundle Room -A couch and futon in the Living room make for extra kid space 2 Full Baths -Both on the first floor 1600 sq feet of living space on 1 country acre on a peaceful small lake. Wildlife and birds galore. Fully stocked kitchen and free laundry in the basement. Lots of extra bedding available. Pets allowed for a fee. Guest access **Parking is limited to 4 cars max. There is not additional street parking available. Parking is not permitted in grass. Boardman area shopping, restaurants, and entertainment 15 mins. Youngstown, YSU, nightlife and venues 20 mins Pittsburgh Airport 45mins Downtown 1hr Cleveland and Airport 1.5hrs Mill Creek Park, hiking, Fellows Riverside Garden, Lanterman's Mill, 25 mins I-680 and Turnpike 10 mins Other things to note I can assist by phone (or in person) in opening the hot tub if needed. Take special care in below freezing temperatures upon exiting the hot tub to avoid slipping on ice. I recommend bringing a warm robe and slip on shoes in winter. Children can use the swim spa, but of course need supervised due to drowning risk. Strong currents can be turned on by them and high temperatures can be unsafe. This home is not commercial so no events or parties unfortunately. No loud music. There is a tranquil lake on the property that is for viewing. No fishing, boating or swimming unfortunately. Our property ends at the parking lot and follows along the ravine by the water then along the water's edge.
