Other things to note ~CHECK-IN: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. An entry code will be provided to you before check-in. An entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before arrival. ~PETS: We are pet-friendly! 🐶 We allow 1 dog up to 60lbs or 2 dogs totaling a maximum of 60lbs combined. A $100 pet fee will be applied to your stay. ⚠️ Important: Please make sure to add your pet(s) to your reservation at the time of booking. If a pet is not registered, a $200 penalty fee will be charged in addition to the standard $100 pet fee. The house is only 0.3 miles from the pet friendly part of the beach. Please check the listing photos to see the map. ~SUPPLIES: We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. ~INTERNET: The house has free Internet. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts on the Smart TV. ~KITCHEN: Our Kitchen is tiny but has all the essentials! It's equipped with a refrigerator, stove, air fryer, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils. There is also basic seasoning and a coffee machine. ~SECURITY: There are two Ring cameras outside the property for the safety of our guests, and they are facing the common area and parking lot. There are no cameras inside the house.
