This magnificent farm house is situated on a beautiful 28 acre pocket of land just 20 minutes from the renowned beaches of Crescent Head. The space The impressive 3-bedroom homestead is the highlight of the property, tastefully renovated with timeless floor to ceiling stone feature walls an obvious standout. The open plan living and dining area boasts the perfect spot for family and friends to come together for a daytime or evening meal, with the lounges surrounding the generously sized tv and breakfast bar providing ample seating for a comfortable, relaxed get together for breakfast or evening drinks. The keen cook will be more than satisfied with the well-equipped kitchen finished expertly with classic wooden benchtops, large oven with gas stove top and generous breakfast bar area that makes for the perfect place to serve their guests. The three bedrooms are well lit by a plethora of natural light and are sufficiently equipped for the warmer weather with ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom boasts an impressive en suite with modern finishes, where you will also find the separate washing machine and dryer. There is a second bathroom at the property which features stunning floor to ceiling stone walls. Guest access The whole house, pool and tennis court is available to guests during their stay. The large, fully fenced (with dog-mesh) grass area is also available. Other things to note The property is at the end of a dirt road so you will drive along 6km of gravel to reach the house. The road is usually in good condition however may have a few potholes after rain. We highly recommend doing your grocery shopping before you arrive at the property as it’s a 25 minute drive back into town. Kempsey is the nearest town with a Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.
