Combine this unit booking with the main house and you can easily accommodate large family/friend gatherings. Fire pit, or our separate game room cottage is a great place to unwind. Conveniently located off Route 17. The space Rustic and tastefully renovated, one bedroom, one bathroom private dwelling, fitted with a queen size bed and a very comfy, thick, queen size futon in the open living room/kitchenette area. Easy, quick access to route 17 and to accommodate any unwanted noise, the unit is supplied with a sound machine, a stand up fan, and an air conditioner during summer months. Guest access Plenty of parking on the property. The circular driveway is for main house, but brings you to the parking lot for the cottages (see picture in listing for clarification on parking for your cottage). Your booking of the cottage, will also allow you access to the game room cottage. The other guest cottages and main house are also available for booking under separate listings and may be occupied by other guests. Other things to note The price per night is for up to 2 guests. There is a very comfortable queen size futon in the living room which can accommodate another 2 guests. In total the cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests at an additional $15 per person per night for any more than 2 guests. Guests must be minimum of 25 years old to book this property. Rates change during the holidays. There are two other 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottages, and a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house also on the property. These can be booked to accommodate larger groups, otherwise, other guests may be staying in these units. PEST CONTROL: During the fall season - We set ant bait traps during the fall season. We expect our guests to do their part during a stay and clean up any food and crumbs.
