Please note: the only access to the rental is via 70 stairs. 2 other 1-bed condos for 2 guests ea. are available on-site with separate nightly rates. The space Our clean, cozy, 1-bedroom, 1st floor condo offers modern amenities, including heating/air conditioning, free wi-fi, smart tv, comfortable queen bed, a nicely equipped kitchen, and updated bathroom with walk-in shower. There is an outdoor terrace with seating for relaxing and taking in the views. Please note that there is no onsite parking on the property. Public parking is available in Brewery Gulch nearby or various city lots within a few blocks. The property is accessed via 80 steps up the hillside. Because of the altitude, the stairs can be more tiring than normal. We suggest packing lightly. This property is not suitable for children due to the stairs, elevated outdoor terrace and balcony.
