Huge, heated pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, well maintained and fully fenced grounds, 2 boat launches, golf, take a trolly to attend a concert at The Gorge, etc. There is so much to do while soaking up the sunshine in beautiful Crescent Bar. After Summer we are convenient to fishing, hunting, and Mission Ridge Ski Resort.The sun is usually always shining here. Other things to note There is a Minut noise decibel monitor in the living area to alert guests and owners when noise levels are above threshold for that time of day or night for at least 10 minutes. It also alerts us to smoking. This is for consideration of the neighbors beside and below the unit. Smoking will result in a $150 fine and being asked to leave.
